After a Review · How work really runs
Process Mapping and Data Governance Assessment
Once you know where you stand, the next useful step is often to see how the work actually happens. We map a few important jobs, note where everyday AI tools already show up, and leave you with a clear picture and a short priority list. New clients start with a Cyber Insurance Readiness Review, not here.
Why map how work runs
Typical scope
How this follows a Cyber Insurance Readiness Review
How we deliver
Three live meetings. Your team films the work. You see a draft before the readout.
Scoping call
About 20–30 minutes. Agree which three to five jobs matter, who will film, and what a good result looks like.
Kick-off and film
We show the team how to film real work. They do the actual job with the camera on and send the footage.
Draft you can check
We turn the footage into maps, an AI usage picture, a data snapshot, and priorities. You review a draft before the last meeting.
Final readout
About 45–60 minutes. We walk through findings and agree sensible next steps.
Optional later
Implementation or practical AI only if you want it, and only after the work is clear.
