Our story

Holistis Pty Ltd trading as New Gauge Digital. Richard Clarke founded the firm in 2011. We help owner-led small and mid-sized businesses with a Cyber Insurance Readiness Review first, then Process Mapping and Data Governance Assessment when the issue is how work runs, then practical AI when that picture is clear.

We still deliver school Apple, Lightspeed, Jamf, and UniFi projects when they are a good fit. That work is available. It is not the growth story.

What we focus on now

  • Cyber Insurance Readiness Review

    The starting project. A fixed review and findings workshop — for insurance pressure, or for staff already using everyday AI without clear rules.

  • Process Mapping

    After a Review, when the issue is how work runs. Maps, a simple data snapshot, and a priority list. Not a full redesign.

  • Practical AI later

    Only after the work is owned. Rules and sign-off — not a writing service and not “install ChatGPT.”

  • Still available

    School Apple MDM and UniFi projects, and business device work, when they fit. They do not lead.
