Filter is Lightspeed’s core content filter for schools: layered enforcement on Chromebooks, Windows, Mac, iOS, and agentless BYOD or IoT traffic. Policies stay consistent on and off campus, with deep visibility into searches, YouTube, social platforms, and emerging AI tools — without relying only on traditional proxies.

What happens after go-live?

Does this work with Apple devices?

Yes. Filter and related agents support multi-OS environments including Mac and iOS, and MDM integrates with Apple deployment programmes. Classroom screen monitoring has platform limits set by Apple on iOS; we design around that honestly.

Can Lightspeed sit alongside JAMF or UniFi?
