Interest in AI is high. Useful AI is harder. When work is messy and nobody owns the output, another tool usually adds noise. We treat this as a later, qualified project: rules, human checks, and habits your team can keep.

New clients start with a Cyber Insurance Readiness Review. If that Review shows process work is needed, we do Process Mapping and Data Governance Assessment next. AI support comes after that.

All of these need to be true: the work is clear enough; identity and data handling are not in open crisis; a named person owns the result; there is a clear use; you do not expect unsupervised production AI; you are not asking us to become a writing agency.

The first pack after Mapping is a Comms and Document Control pack — document types, what may be AI-assisted, who signs off, and a staff brief. Not marketing copy.
